Probate Registry Directory
An application for probate must be sent to a Probate Registry or office, there are offices all over the country where you can attend an appointment, however an application must be sent to the main probate registry for that area.
Once you have sent your application to the probate registry further information regarding making an appointment and swearing the oath will be sent to you. You can sign choose to either sign the oath at a probate registry or office or before a commissioner for Oaths at a solicitors office convenient to you.
